Who Has The Keys To My Life?

This programme is designed to help participants identify the influences that contribute to shaping our thoughts, behaviours, emotional responses and belief systems - all the things that affect the choices that we make.

Dare to be individual

Living in today's speeding cities how do we relate to the influences of advertising, employer expectations, ‘news’ agenda, government initiatives, film and television and not forgetting the ever increasing ‘people police’; our family, friends, associates, even strangers. How many of us can truly differentiate between who we genuinely are and what others expect or assume us to be?

"The hardest thing is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else."
- E.E Cummings

Cummings was fortunate in at least he recognised this, but for most of us, we have a in-built resistance to thoughts or activities that will create pain, change or more work! Consequently we arrive at statements like "That's just the way I am". Do you dare to be different?
